What 95% of traders don’t know is that the forex market follows the basic Economic laws of demand and supply ,When there are more buyers (demand) than the sellers (supply) on the floor of the foreign exchange market, the price keep rising(up trend) and vice versa. If at any time the sellers make a little effort to out number the buyers in a dominant bullish market, there will be a little downward movement (retracement). The bulls will also make effort to regain control of the market; this will cause an upward correction for trend continuation. If they succeed, then the trend will continue, however, if they fail in their counter attack, the price will start reversing in favor of the bears that is to say supply have exceeded demand. This will make the market to start reversing downward. This cycle repeats itself infinitively and consequently making the forex market to be moving in an up and down trendy form.
